As a business owner or construction employee, it’s your responsibility to know OSHA  standards that effect your safety and health. Attend this 10 hour training to learn more about ways to protect yourself and those around you.
Attendees will learn:
  • The purpose of the Occupational Safety & Health (OSH) Act and the functions of OSHA, OSHA inspection priorities and the inspection process
  • The rights and responsibilities of employers and employees under the OSH Act
  • The requirements for compliance with various construction standards
  • Additional OSHA info on: Electrical, fall protection, hazard communication, protective & lifesaving 
  • equipment, materials handling, scaffolds, cranes, hoists, confined space entry, hand tool safety, excavations, stairways and ladders 
This course benefits any company, individual contractor, sub-contractor, landscaper or engineer who has workers on a construction jobsite. 
(Independent Contractors: Do you understand how OSHA determines your work status? You could still be cited on the jobsite!)
