Job Description
Growing home building company is looking to add an administrative assistant to its team. 

Common tasks this position would include: 
• Assisting in the creation of new construction contracts
• Organizing & maintenance of design center samples
• Order entering
• Answering Phones
• Greet Customers at the Front Desk
• General Filing
• Data Entry
• Sending Out for Bids & Bid Verification
• Assist All Departments Including: Sales, Marketing, Bidding, Accounts Payable/Receivable, & Billing


The right candidate will possess the following qualities:
• Excellent computer skills
• Good communication, both written and verbal
• High attention to detail
