Job Description
Under remote supervision, performs on-site installation and troubleshoots service calls throughout Northeast Wisconsin.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Assess on-site locations for optimum placement of outlets on the job.
2. Develop a course of action and communication with our customers.
3. Ability to problem solve service calls on-site for completed systems.
4. Prior to leaving the job site, test the completed system.
5. Responsible for clean up of worksite prior to leaving the appointment.
6. Check-in and out with the office and customer before each appointment.
7. Test returned equipment and inventory maintenance.

Install/Service Technician will present him/herself in a positive and professional manner at all times to provide the best customer service experience for our customers.
Candidate Must Be Able To:
Valid drivers license (drive company vehicles)
Clean driving record

- Perform physical labors (e: using a ladder)
- Read blue prints on and off-site
- Exhibit mechanical problem-solving skills
- Balance time management with the needs of the customer at all times
- Operate manual and power equipment
- Work effectively with other staff members
- Understand and carry out all oral and written directions
