Job Description

We are seeking a Customer Service person to become a part of our team!  This position will support the business and ensure the best possible results for our customers by delivering excellent customer service.  Our team members are knowledgeable and energetic with passion for our quality, service and meeting our customer needs.

Scheduled work hours are between 7:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and some Saturdays from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.

Responsibilities:

  • Working with customers to scheduled measurement of product to ensure correct dimensions for ordering of product
  • Listen to the customer to help identify the needs and wants to best match products to the customer
  • Accurately enter measurements into software program to receive the final pricing and drawings for project
  • Prepare accurate work orders and invoices to quote job
  • Communicate final pricing to customers and process down  payment in a timely manner
  • Process completed orders by collecting full payment by using established payment methods including cash, check, and approved credit or debit cards
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Previous background in blueprint reading and scheduling a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
