As a golfer and/or sponsor, participation in the annual Golf Outing allows HBAFC to provide grants to local nonprofit organizations and scholarships to students enrolled in post-secondary education in the building trades.

Cancellation by Participant: Refund of registration will be issued in full when HBAFC staff is notified in-writing of the cancellation no less than 14 days prior to the event. Cancellations received 7-13 days prior to the event will be refunded 50% of the original registration fee. Registration fees are non-refundable for cancellations fewer than 7 days prior to the event as well as those that register and do not attend.

Cancellation due to rain/dangerous weather: Vouchers for golf and cart will be given to registered and paid golf participants.

Cancellation of Event: In the unfortunate circumstance the event is cancelled for any reason unrelated to rain/dangerous weather, the following will apply for those who have paid: Golf participant will be refunded in full and sponsor will be offered make-good sponsorship benefit opportunities.
