Job Description
Front line representative for the company with customers and vendors. Provide above average telephone and administrative services. Direct phone inquiries to the appropriate party and answer basic inquiries. Scheduled hours are 8 a.m. to 1 p.m., Monday through Friday. 

Responsibilities: 
  • Greet, welcome and direct guests and visitors 
  • Maintain consistent clear communication with external and internal customers 
  • Answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate personnel 
  • Distribute documents such as purchase orders, proposals and letters as directed 
  • Type envelopes, labels and letters as directed 
  • Assist in filing to keep it up to date 
  • Support various departments with various administrative tasks as requested 
  • Treat every customer with respect and give attention to their concerns 
  • Attend and participate in quarterly safety meetings 
Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma
  • 1 year previous Receptionist or customer service experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Good communication, organizations and interpersonal skills required
