Job Snapshot:
Location: One or more of our Green Bay, WI and Appleton, WI locations
Base Pay: $20,000 base + commission, or commission only plan
Other Pay: Very realistic potential to earn $125,000 to $200,000+ in total compensation in the current market
Employee Type: Full-time
Manages Others: No
Job Type: Sales
Education: 4-year degree preferred but not required
Experience: 1-2 years in sales preferred but not required
Travel: Rare
Relocation Covered: No

 

Responsibilities Include
  • Learn, implement and apply our company’s proven selling system
  • Successfully complete all the sales and related activities necessary to achieve or exceed individual and company sales goals
  • Ensure an exceptional and enjoyable experience for all clients and customers
  • Provide regular, accurate reporting to company management
  • Working two out of four weekends per month (non-negotiable)

Requirements:

An ideal candidate:
  • Is driven to succeed and has high professional success and income goals
  • Is highly motivated, energetic, enthusiastic and able to work with little supervision
  • Possesses excellent people skills
  • Has excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Has a proven track record of success in sales or a similar role
  • 1-2 years of successful sales experience preferred, but not required.  We will train the right candidate.
  • Is willing to work two out of four weekends per month when we see the majority of our potential buyers (not negotiable)
  • Has demonstrated organizational and time management skills to succeed in an independent role
  • Maintains a strong work ethic
  • Has strong problem solving skills
  • Is proficient with social media and has solid computer skills
